ChunkyChips.net account descriptions specify current limits on bandwidth and server disk utilisation. Where the account limits are not specifically defined the judgement of the ChunkyChips.net Technical Support team shall be used to define those limits. The use of bandwidth or server disk space in excess of those limits is not permitted. The total number of bytes transferred from an account’s Web Site and FTP space determines the bandwidth utilisation. The total number of bytes required to store an account’s Web Site, FTP, and Email data determines disk utilisation.
If ChunkyChips.net determines that excessive bandwidth or disk space utilisation is adversely affecting ChunkyChips.nets ability to provide service, ChunkyChips.net may take immediate action. ChunkyChips.net will attempt to notify the account owner by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
ChunkyChips.nets acceptable use policy is subject to change without notification.
